The purpose of this paper is to find out the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices of luxury chain hotels situated in Delhi and NCR in India on their corporate performance. The present research includes the study of secondary and primary data. The secondary data was collected through articles and papers from journals, magazines, official websites and others publications. The primary data in the research study was collected with the help of a self-designed questionnaire. The parameters of the questionnaire were analyzed and interpreted to reach conclusions. It is observed that CSR practices have a positive impact on corporate performance. Interpretation of the results is based on the perception of employees and customers of selected hotels. The actual amount spent on CSR practices of hotels, is not considered in the results. This paper will help hotels to learn that the hotel’s employees and customers believe that CSR practices will have a positive impact on corporate performance and therefore, CSR practices can be considered to add in the hotel’s long term policies.
