Vedatya’s invites hospitality students for its college culinary competition.

The participants will have to go through 3 rounds to compete for the winners’ title. These participants will be encouraged to be as imaginative and creative in presenting the dishes of their choices. The judgement will be done by a panel of professional chefs’ based on presentation skills, creativity, taste, and dishes prepared by these students.

Round 1 | Preparation of the main course, and two accompaniments

Round 2 | Sensory round. Participants will have to identify ingredients in different mixtures from an assortment of herbs and spices

Round 3 | Culinary quiz. The quiz will be based on food and the food industry

Registration Fee | There is no registration fee

Boarding and Lodging | Boarding & Lodging will be arranged (if required) at the institute’s hostel on twin sharing basis at Rs. 2500 per team

Eligibility | College / University students

Maximum Engries | 1 team per college / university

Maximum No. of Participants | 2 per team

Last Date to Register | 15th March 2020

Awards | Winners’ will be announced after the 3 rounds
