Join us at Vedatya’s Culinary School for a sumptuous Kashmiri lunch with family and friends, experience our hospitality in the lush green setting of our farms, soak in the sun, breathe in the fresh air, sit by the fishpond and relax.

While you visit the campus, you will have the opportunity to visit our farm, witness the sustainable practices, pick your own vegetables and purchase the same at a special price.

The special Kashmiri menu items for the day have been carefully selected by none other than Chef Rahul Wail himself to ensure our guests get the authenticity, freshness, and taste of the Kashmiri culture in each bite.

Chef’s profile:

Chef Rahul Wali, a native of Srinagar, brings over 22 years of culinary experience and has won the silver and bronze medals for India in an International Culinary Competition 2019 – Delicious Uzbekistan held in Tashkent under the World Association of Chefs Society.

A hotel management graduate from Pune and an advanced Gastronomy graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaide Australia, Chef Wali has worked with global hotels and restaurant brands like The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Leela Kempinski, Blue Diamond, Ramada, Spice Restaurant, Radisson and more in India and abroad.

Chef Wali strongly believes in “FOOD IS SCIENCE, MEDICINE, ART, AND HISTORY, and we as chefs need to gain constant knowledge and spread that knowledge”.

He is a member of many Indian Regional and International Chefs Associations such as Chef Guild of India, under the Indian Federation of Chefs Association IFCA, Chef Association of Five Rivers, Punjab, and Slow Food Alliance of India to name a few.
