Reflective Teaching

During the half day workshop, participants will discuss how reflective teaching, a cyclical process in which an experienced is recalled, reconsidered, and evaluated, plays a major role in the professional development of instructors. Facilitated by Dr. Anita Sharma, Associate Dean (Academics) participants will be able to engage in group conversations to examine the importance and benefits of reflecting while teaching any given course. At the end of the sessions, the participants will be able to explore the different ways in which they can record their reflective teaching experiences.

Discovering One’s Potential as a facilitator

Lack of discovering one’s potential has been the bane that destroys our effectiveness as believers in these challenging days.  Facilitated by Prof. Sandeep Munjal, Director, the workshop will help teachers and students to continuously discover and pursue the methods and activities that work towards optimal results in the classroom, through the use of interactive and agile pedagogy.
